About the Role
Dubbo Motor Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant to join our busy and growing Service Department.
Working alongside our Workshop Controller, Foreman and technicians, you will play an important role in ensuring the workshop operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of presentation, safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs.
Move vehicles safely within the dealership
Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation.
Assist with workshop equipment maintenance.
Support apprentices and technicians with general workshop duties.
Help ensure all workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as directed by workshop management.
About You
The successful applicant will:
Have a robust work ethic and positive attitude.
Be reliable, punctual and well presented.
Enjoy working as part of a team.




Be physically fit and capable of manual work.
Hold a current manual driver's licence (preferred).
Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
Previous workshop or mechanical experience is desirable but not essential.
