THE ROLE
Ever wondered who gets your JD order out the door before you've even had your morning coffee?
That could be you.
As a
Casual In-Store Fulfilment (ISF) Sales Assistant
, you'll be part of the behind-the-scenes action that keeps JD's online orders moving.
While the store is still waking up, you'll be on the floor picking the right products, checking every detail, packing orders and getting them ready to hit the road.
It's fast-paced, hands-on and definitely not your average retail shift.
You'll need a good eye for detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to keep things moving when the orders start rolling in.
And yes, there's a bit of a perk to those early starts - get in early, get it done, and have more of your day back.




Your mission:
Pick online orders quickly and accurately
Check every product before it leaves the building
Pack orders like a pro and get them courier-ready
Keep stock and inventory systems accurate
Spot stock discrepancies and flag anything that doesn't look right
Help receive and organise incoming stock
Keep your fulfilment area clean, organised and safe
Jump in with the wider store team when things get busy
Represent JD with the energy, attitude and product knowledge our customers expect
The catch?
You'll need to be an early riser.
This is a casual role requiring a minimum of
3 shifts per week
, with shifts starting from
6:00am or 7:00am
.
Full-day availability is highly regarded.
If you like getting stuck in, working at pace and seeing the results of your work before most people have started their day, this could be your kind of role.
Due to the early start times, this role is best suited to applicants who have completed secondary schooling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Customer service experience within retail, hospitality or like industry
Ability to provide excellent service and go above & beyond
Passionate about sports fashion or has a knowledge of key brands




A positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Enthusiastic to overcome challenges and learn new skills
Solid communication skills, someone who thrives through engagement with customers and team work
Ability to multi-task
Available to work morning shifts commencing at 6:00am or 7:00am, helping prepare and fulfil customer orders before stores open.
Full-day availability is highly regarded
