The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented
Commercial Plumbing Co-ordinator
to join our fast-paced West Gosford Commercial Division.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing commercial plumbing projects from quote to completion—compiling precise quotes, tracking orders, and co-ordinating deliveries through our modern warehousing software.
Key Responsibilities
Quote & Order Co-ordination:
Compile accurate quotes for large-scale commercial projects, processing invoices, credits, and special orders.
Logistics & Inventory:
Liaise with multiple warehouses to manage stock availability and streamline delivery schedules.
Client & Supplier Relations:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, plumbers, suppliers, and internal sales reps.
Administrative Excellence:
Ensure documentation, orders,



and customer queries are handled with high accuracy and speed.
What You'll Bring
