Customer Service / Check-in Agent
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of the airline, ensuring every passenger enjoys a professional and positive experience from check-in through to boarding.
Key responsibilities include:
Passenger check-in and boarding
Delivering exceptional customer service
Assisting passengers with special requirements
Processing baggage and travel documentation
Coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures
General airline administration
Baggage Handling & Ramp Operations
As a Ramp Operations Agent, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, helping ensure aircraft are safely prepared for on-time departures.
Key responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading aircraft baggage and freight
Marshalling aircraft onto parking bays
Operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE), including aircraft stairs, aircraft tugs and passenger assistance devices
Freight shed operations




Cabin cleaning for terminating aircraft
Assisting with safe and efficient aircraft turnarounds

What we're really looking for is a positive attitude, reliability and a genuine commitment to your team.
What We're Looking For
Successful applicants will have:
A current Australian Driver Licence
Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
Availability to travel for initial training (if required)
Flexibility to work a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends, split shifts and public holidays where required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
A high standard of personal presentation
Additional Requirements – Ramp Operations




The physical ability to repetitively lift up to 32kg
The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional Requirements – Customer Service
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
