Job Description
Retail Manager – The Meat Safe WA The Meat Safe WA is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Subiaco.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and productive performance.
Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Recruit, train, roster, and monitor staff performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and oversee inventory control.
Ensure attractive product presentation and merchandising in accordance with company standards.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and control operating expenses.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements,



food safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe retail workplace.
About You
Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent industry experience.
At least one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage stock, sales targets, and day-to-day retail operations.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Legal right to work in Australia.
