About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Farm Administrator
to support the day to day administrative operations of our farm.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high paced agricultural environment and has strong administrative, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office operations.
Maintain accurate farm records including crops, inventory, and production data.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
Assist with payroll preparation and employee records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and farm-related documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and order office and farm supplies as required.
Prepare reports and maintain compliance documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, customers, and relevant regulatory agencies.
Support farm management with general administrative duties and special projects.
Desirable Skills and Experience
The following experience will be highly regarded but is not essential:
Experience using Xero accounting software.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience using BarTender label design and printing software.
Knowledge of PALM (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility) recruitment and administration processes.
Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)



legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience managing pooling equipment, including CHEP and VPS pallets and crates, with the ability to reconcile, track and maintain accurate inventory records.
Previous experience in an administrative role (farm or agricultural experience is an advantage).
Previous experience in the horticulture or agricultural industry.

Flexible work arrangements can be negotiated, including school hours, for the right candidate.
Ideally the candidate would be available Mon - Fri.
Saturday work is also available and encouraged if willing.

A minimum of 30 hours and up to 50 hours per week can be offered.
