ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Production Line Leader, you will be supporting the Production Supervisors in leading a team of people and processes to achieve required production outputs without compromising on quality.
Duties include:
Review daily rosters and assign workers to appropriate production line tasks.
Review the production plan and set up the production line accordingly.
Optimise production line efficiency and process flow.
Ensure production meets quality specifications and customer requirements.
Ensure 100% accuracy of all on-floor efficiency and data capture software.
Identify and resolve production line issues in a timely manner.
Train and induct new production line employees.
Drive improvements in line efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
Maintain a fully operational,



safe, and tidy work workplace.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Ensure all quality assurance checks and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
ROSTER
Monday to Friday:
6.00am - 2.16pm

Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
