Brumby's Go Douglas (located at Townsville JCU Hospital) is on the lookout for reliable, energetic, and experienced Food Retail Assistants to join our busy bakery!
1 x Position available for a experienced Retail Food assistant for weekdays (Casual or Part time - approx ***** hrs per week and
Retail Food Assistants - Casual ***** hours per week weekdays and weekends
General Retail Award rates apply
We're seeking LOCAL applicants only on this occasion who are looking for long-term, stable employment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You must be available for shifts from 6am to 3.30pm Monday-Fri and Weekends.
PLEASE NOTE- THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HOLIDAY VISA WORKERS ON THIS OCCASSION.
What we're looking for:
✔️ Previous bakery, café or food service experience




✔️ Strong Customer service experience
✔️ Confident, reliable and able to use initiative
✔️ Thrive in a rapid-paced environment
✔️ Available weekdays and/or weekends, with shifts starting from 6:00am
✔️ Coffee/barista experience preferred, but training will be provided.
We are also looking for:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Neat and tidy presentation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transport and contactable references
