Our Perth Head Office is looking for a Full Time Social and Content Lead to join our Marketing team.
About the role
Developing and executing a comprehensive social media plan across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Owning and managing the social media content calendar and day-to-day channel management.
Creating high-quality content including video, photography, blogs, website content, case studies, customer stories, email campaigns and internal communications.
Leading integrated content strategies that support product launches, campaigns, events and business initiatives.
Driving audience growth, engagement, community management and paid social campaigns.
Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs and using insights to optimise content effectiveness and business outcomes.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, agencies and creative partners to uncover stories and deliver impactful content initiatives.
About you
8+ years' experience in social media, content marketing, communications or digital marketing.
Proven success managing corporate social media channels and delivering content programs that drive business outcomes.
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.




Strong experience in video production and content creation.
Experience developing integrated content strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical, reporting and project management capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Expertise across social media platforms, publishing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop) and social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar.
