Administrative Support & Property Coordinator
to join our WA team, based primarily at
Dermatology Specialist Group (DSG)

About the Role
This full-time position provides
flexible administrative and reception support
across DermCo's WA clinics, while assisting with
property coordination and operational administration
.
You'll be the go-to person who ensures smooth day-to-day operations — whether that's managing reception at a busy practice, supporting property maintenance and contractor coordination, or assisting with cross-site compliance and patient bookings.
Your home base will be Ardross, but you'll also provide coverage and support to other practices (such as Hollywood, Karrinyup, and SJOG Subiaco) during staff absences, peak workloads, or annual leave periods.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional front-of-house reception and patient service across multiple clinics.
Manage patient bookings, referrals, and billing with a high level of accuracy.
Support the Operations Manager with property administration, including contractor scheduling, maintenance tracking, and safety compliance.
Assist with cross-site accreditation, documentation, and operational tasks.
Contribute to team communication, process improvement, and workplace safety.
Travel between clinics as required,
ensuring consistent service delivery and operational support across the DermCo network.
About You

You will bring:
Previous experience in medical administration, reception, or practice coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
Sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across sites.
Desirable:
Experience in a specialist or dermatology clinic workplace.
Familiarity with Genie or similar medical software.
Knowledge of Medicare billing, medical terminology, or property/facilities administration.
