are seeking a dedicated, fully qualified or 3rd or 4th year apprentice Panel Beater to join our team of professionals on a full-time basis, though contract work is available.
We have 2 locations in Ballina for employment.
Duties & responsibilities:
Assess vehicle damage
Repair and reshape body panels
Welding and cutting
Align and fit panels
Read and interpret repair manuals
Maintenance of tools and equipment
Ensure safety protocols are adhered to
Provide customer service
Experience & attributes:
Prior experience in Panel Beating
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Panel Beating required
Trade Certificate
Either a completed trade certificate or 3rd/4th year apprentice status is acceptable
Current Australian driver's License
Reliable punctuality
Able to work effectively with a team or autonomously
Keen eye for details in shape, alignment, and finish
