We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Registered Nurse or highly skilled Enrolled Nurse
to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity.

As a
Preadmissions / Public Referral Nurse
, you will coordinate patients throughout their surgical journey, ensuring effective referral management, comprehensive clinical assessment, patient education, and seamless communication between public hospitals, surgeons, specialist clinics, and multidisciplinary teams.
You will play an integral role in supporting safe, efficient, and patient-centred care by identifying clinical risks, coordinating elective surgical pathways, and ensuring patients are well-informed and prepared for their upcoming treatment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, excellent organisational capability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes.
You will possess the ability to manage confidential patient information, maintain accurate clinical documentation, prioritise competing demands, and contribute positively to a team dedicated to excellence in patient care.
About You
:
· Proven experience in a preadmissions, referral coordination, or similar clinical administration role, including coordinating referrals to participating surgeons and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
· Minimum three years' post-graduate nursing experience.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and organisational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
· Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion.
· Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
