Force
is supporting the rollout of a battery electric mining fleet across WA in collaboration with a
Tier 1 client
in the Pilbara - and
we want you on board.
We're on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven
Project Manager
to take charge of asset management and maintenance operations for an exciting new project.
This is more than just a leadership role - it's your opportunity to shape performance from the ground up, driving asset reliability, maximising efficiency, and setting the benchmark for operational excellence.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of everything - leading a high-performing team while building solid, trusted partnerships with clients.
Your ability to align people, processes, and performance will be key to delivering exceptional outcomes and elevating service standards across the site.
Please note that this role will initially commence as a Perth-based position before transitioning to a FIFO arrangement for the first 6–9 months of the project on a 4/3 roster.
Following this period, the role will return to being Perth-based.

About the Role
Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment
Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and clear direction
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost management
Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture
We're building Australia's first large-scale electric mining support capability and we're looking for skilled people ready to power the future of mining.
What you'll need to succeed:
Schedule 26 (Strongly Advantageous)
Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (XCMG, Liebherr, Komatsu etc.)
Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills
Proven leadership and team development capability
Solid understanding of HSET requirements in WA Mining Commercial and financial awareness in line with project goals
