We have current homes built ready to release to the market and expect a further 20 recent homes constructed to hit the market between now and Christmas.

What You'll Be Doing
Presenting and selling our exclusive homes and New upcoming developments.
Guiding buyers through the purchasing journey from enquiry to contract.
Conducting appointments and project presentations.
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Following up leads and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with our internal marketing and development teams to convert opportunities into sales.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
A proven track record in sales (real estate, current homes, property, finance, or other high-performance sales environments).
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence building rapport with clients.
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude.
Professional presentation and a positive mindset.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
A current Real Estate Registration or Licence (preferred but not essential depending on experience).
