We're looking for a
full-time Retail Sales Assistant
who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to become an expert in premium outdoor power equipment.
Whether you're helping someone purchase their very first battery trimmer or assisting a professional contractor with equipment for their business, every day brings something different.

What you'll be doing
As an important member of our sales team, you'll work closely with both our showroom and workshop staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
· Assisting customers in selecting the right outdoor power equipment, accessories and spare parts.
· Processing retail sales, customer orders and quotations.
· Booking customer equipment into the workshop for servicing and repairs.




· Discussing customer concerns and helping identify service or repair requirements.
· Assembling and preparing new equipment prior to customer collection.
· Demonstrating product features and providing basic operating advice.
· Receiving, checking and unpacking incoming stock.
· Maintaining an organised, clean and professional showroom.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing a great job.
You'll ideally have:
· Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
· Confidence using computers and point-of-sale systems.
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
· A current driver's licence.
· The ability to lift and move equipment when required.
Experience in outdoor power equipment, machinery, arboriculture, landscaping or the horticultural industry would be highly regarded, but it's not essential.
We're happy to invest in training the right person who has the right attitude.
