Key Responsibilities:
Safely deliver products to customers and project sites across metropolitan and regional locations.
Operate MC long-haul or HIAB-equipped vehicles in accordance with road transport regulations and company procedures.
Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment and handling techniques.
Complete pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery, load, and compliance records.
Verify products and delivery documentation to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with Fitness for Work, safety, and operational requirements at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers, scheduling teams, and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
Assist with yard operations, stock movements, loading, and other duties as required to support the broader team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' heavy vehicle driving experience.
Current HR, HC, or MC Driver's Licence.
Experience transporting oversized or awkward freight.
Strong load restraint knowledge, including chains and straps.
HIAB/crane truck experience (essential for HIAB Metro Driver roles).
Current Commercial Driver Medical and Fatigue Management accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varied hours as required.
Solid commitment to safety and customer service.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and police check.
