Early Education Initiative is looking for two enthusiastic educators to join our welcoming and supportive team.
We are seeking passionate Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators who are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
Our centre caters for
39 children each day
, aged
0–6 years
, across three learning environments:
Babies, Toddlers and Preschool
.

Our educators work collaboratively to provide meaningful, child-led learning experiences that support each child's individual strengths, interests and development.
About the Role
As an educator, you will:
Build warm, respectful and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Create engaging learning environments that support children's development and wellbeing.
Observe, document and contribute to each child's learning and development.
Support children's daily routines, including meals, rest and personal care.
Respond sensitively to children's emotional and individual needs.
Contribute to curriculum planning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team.
Essential Criteria
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current Child Protection training.
A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
Experience with observations, planning and documentation.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
