Senior Gardener / Future Team Leader
We are growing our premium garden business, which specialises in garden maintenance, and pre-sale garden preparation for rural & some urban properties.
Our focus is on creating and maintaining beautiful gardens & landscapes with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, communication and sustainable practices.
We are looking for an experienced gardener who wants more than just a job.
This role is designed to evolve into a Team Leadership position, working closely with the business owner to learn our systems, standards, and client approach before taking on greater responsibility.
What We Offer
- Work on stunning rural and residential properties.
- Variety of work including pruning, hedge maintenance, garden restoration, stunning finishes for property sales, planting, mulching, and general property maintenance.
- A supportive, hands on training period along side the owner.
- Prospect to grow into a Team Leader role.
- Consistent work with an established garden maintenance client base.
- Casual position initially,



with the intention of moving to a permanent full-time role for the right person.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in garden maintenance or horticulture.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independetly and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with garden machinery and power tools.
- Drivers license.
Ideal Candidate
You genuinely enjoy gardening, care about clients and the presentation of their property, and are interested in helping build a respected, long-term client base.
Leadership is welcomed but not essential if you have the right attitude and a desire to grow into the role.
