About the Role
Nineteen Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Hairdresser to join our professional and friendly team.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about hairdressing, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and capable of maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing and grooming requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments.
Perform modern and classic barbering services, including skin fades, taper fades, clipper cuts, beard trims, moustache shaping, and hot towel shaves where required.
Cut, trim, layer, and style ladies' and men's hair using scissors, clippers, razors, and other professional hairdressing tools.
Shampoo, condition, and provide hair and scalp treatments to improve hair health.
Colour, tint, bleach, highlight, balayage, tone, and perform other hair colouring services.
Carry out chemical services including straightening, perming, relaxing, and keratin treatments.
Blow-dry, curl, straighten, and style hair for everyday wear and special occasions.
Recommend suitable hair care and grooming products and provide aftercare advice to clients.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment,



ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitised after each use.
Maintain appointment schedules and deliver exceptional customer service to build and retain a loyal client base.
Assist with stock control, ordering salon products, and maintaining inventory levels.
Support and mentor junior staff and apprentices where required.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and infection control procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience
Demonstrated experience in ladies' and men's haircutting, barbering, colouring, styling, beard grooming, and chemical hair treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

$75,000 – $85,000 plus 12% superannuation
