12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract

Part-Time | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
Guaranteed shifts:
Monday: 10am – 5pm
Tuesday: 10am – 5pm
Thursday: 10am – 5pm
Must also be available to provide additional cover for annual leave and other planned absences where possible.

As soon as a suitable applicant is found.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dermatologists with minor surgical procedures and specialist skin clinics
Provide post-operative wound care, dressing changes, suture removal and biologic injections
Instrument sterilisation and infection control management
Deliver high-quality nursing support that enhances the overall patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support efficient clinic operations
Uphold the highest standards of infection prevention, patient safety and clinical care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in dermatology, day surgery or minor procedures (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient-focused approach
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Experience using Genie software (advantageous but not essential)
Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to assist with leave coverage when required
