Our entire team, including our owners, are highly qualified tradespeople who understand the industry and are committed to delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
We are currently seeking an Installation Site Supervisor to join our team, working Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will work closely with our Install Manager and business owners, taking ownership of day to day site operations and ensuring our installation teams deliver secure, high quality work on every job.
What You Will Do as Installation Site Supervisor:
Oversee and coordinate installation crews across residential and light commercial projects, ensuring jobs run on schedule and to spec.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks, maintaining a strong WHS culture across all sites.
Liaise directly with clients, builders and trades on site to keep projects moving smoothly and resolve issues as they arise.
Review and interpret design drawings, ensuring installations are completed in line with specifications.
Monitor quality of workmanship and provide hands on guidance and mentoring to installers and apprentices.
Complete accurate job documentation,



sign offs and reporting back to the Install Manager and office.
As the Installation Site Supervisor, you will be supplied with:
A fully maintained company ute with fuel card
Mobile phone allowance or supplied work phone
Work laptop
A Perth City Air uniform
Who You Are (Skills and Experience Required):
At least 2 years' experience supervising residential or light commercial air-conditioning installations.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage crews and liaise confidently with clients and builders.
Solid understanding of installation standards, safety requirements and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
A safety-first mindset and hands on approach to leading teams on site.
Valid "C" Class driver's licence.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol and medical screening.
You must also hold or be willing to obtain (Licences and Qualifications Required):
Construction White Card
Working at Heights ticket
National Police Clearance
