About the Role
Bend-tech has excellent, proven growth with impressive further growth potential.
Due to this, Bend-tech is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Project Management Team Leader, you will take ownership of a portfolio of projects while being supported by an experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing their project management career in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects across multiple industries.




Working closely with our engineering, production, procurement and operations teams, you will coordinate projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll play a key role in keeping projects moving while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate and manage projects from commencement through to completion.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
· Monitor project progress, budgets and costs to support successful project delivery.
· Coordinate engineering, fabrication, machining, assembly and dispatch activities throughout the project lifecycle.
· Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
· Identify project risks and work collaboratively with the team to develop practical solutions.
· Manage purchasing and supplier relationships for assigned projects, sourcing cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
· Assist in reviewing completed projects to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Ensure project documentation, reporting and quality requirements are maintained.
· Contribute to improving project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
About You
You're an organised, proactive and solutions-focused individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.




You have some project management experience and are looking to further develop your skills while taking ownership of your own projects with the support of an experienced team.
You communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders, enjoy solving problems and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You're eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
· Experience coordinating or managing projects within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a similar technical environment.
· A sound understanding of project planning and scheduling.
· Exposure to project budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· The ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with ERP or project management software is advantageous).
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and continuously improve.
