About the role:

are looking for a highly motivated
Administration Officer
with exceptional organisational skills to work at our
head office
in
West Perth.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of the dealership administration activities such as Inventory Management, Debtors, Creditors, Basic Accounting.
This includes:
Licencing, Deal Costing, Gross Profit & Commission Calculations, Dept of Transport compliance
Compiling Deal Packs & Compliance Checking
Raising Cheque & EFT Payments
Stocking Inventory
Vehicle Licensing
Accounts Payable & Receivable - Data Entry / Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations, Merchant Reconciliations
Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the accounting team
Interacting with management teams
Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller
About you:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional data entry skills and have a positive 'can do' attitude, we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
High-level problem-solving skills
Ability to learn basic accounting
Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in working in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded not essential)
Experience with ERA software – not essential.
