Support the Compliance Manager across trainer and student compliance, nationally — not one campus
Run spot checks and follow through on findings, with real ownership of outcomes
Keep Austra College aligned with the Standards for SRTOs **** and National Code ****
Work directly with the national compliance team — the exposure that actually builds a compliance career
About you — essential




2+ years' experience in compliance, quality assurance, or audit
Comfortable running spot checks and hands-on monitoring, not just reviewing paperwork
Flexibility to put in extra hours during peak compliance periods
Desirable
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Diploma of Quality Auditing or similar
Working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs **** and National Code ****
