About the Role
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and calm
female support workers
(gender preference due to client personal care needs) to provide 1:1 support for a participant living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Kincumber.
Roster & Shift Pattern (24/7 Support)
Day:
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon:
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekend (Saturday):
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Inactive Overnight:
10:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care, hoist transfers, repositioning,



and skin integrity/pressure care
Implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) using trauma-informed, calm communication in a low-stimulus setting
Assist with mealtime safety and daily living tasks
Maintain active supervision for safety, fall risks, and impulsive movements
Record precise progress notes and documentation
Requirements
Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR certifications
Valid Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
Experience in high-intensity supports, complex needs, developmental delay, or mental health
Strong ability to remain patient, calm, and strictly follow step-by-step strategies
