YOUR ROLE
As our
Lead Investigator & Customer Service Hero
, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring homeowners complete our lead process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Contacting homeowners who haven't completed their application and gathering missing details.
Answering homeowner questions with the help of our AI agent, Alan.
Responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and Zendesk.
Identifying and handling incomplete leads—verifying details, sorting spam, and escalating as
needed.
Collaborating with our IT team to improve processes.
Confidently using multiple CRM systems (Lead Manager, Zendesk, BaseCamp).
