We're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team and be part of something truly exciting.
Position: Customer Service Agent
As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play a key role in shaping their entire experience.
From the moment they arrive to the second they take off, you'll help create a seamless, exciting, and memorable journey.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming guests into our terminal with warmth and enthusiasm
Managing check-ins and preparing passengers for their flight experience
Handling phone and in-person enquiries
Showcasing our range of scenic flights and helping guests choose the perfect experience
Actively engaging with guests inside Sea World Theme Park — greeting visitors, creating excitement around our experiences, and confidently promoting and selling our helicopter tours
Working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for:
A natural people-person who delivers outstanding customer service
Confident using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional in a rapid-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working with a diverse, international customer base
A strong awareness of safety and procedures
Experience with Rezdy or booking systems (a bonus, not essential)
Aviation or tourism experience (great, but not required)
Additional languages?
