Your Contribution
Monitor resident's health status and implement interventions appropriately as directed by the Registered Nurse and / or Manager of Residential Services.Undertake clinical observations and interventions as directed by the resident's General Practitioner and Registered Nurse and / or Manager of Residential ServicesEnsure delivery of the Care Process through effective and timely resident assessment, documentation, care plan development, implementation and evaluationCoach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care, develop skills and knowledge gaps.
Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centered approachBuild positive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members
The Essentials




Current registration with the National Nurse's Registration Board (AHPRA).
Experience in working within at least one of the following clinical nursing areas: aged, medical, surgical, psychogeriatric, geriatric rehabilitation, palliative care, community nursingDemonstrated experience in maintaining quality systems within the care environment, preferably aged and community care or health care systemProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)Demonstrated written and oral communication skillsA current National Criminal History Record Check (within the last 3 years) suitable for aged care
