The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Dozer & Excavator Operator
to join our growing team on civil construction projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.
This role is ideal for a
versatile operator who is confident operating both
plant types
, experienced with GPS machine control systems, and committed to delivering safe and productive outcomes on site.
To be successful in this role, you will have
Proven experience operating
D6-D8 Dozers
and
20t-30t Excavators
Strong experience using




GPS machine control systems
on both dozers and excavators
Previous civil construction experience (
essential)
Ability to read and work to plans, levels, and site specifications
Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Ability to conduct routine pre-start and maintenance checks
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
Relevant tickets, licences, and industry competencies
