About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Casual Breakfast Chef to join the team at Howlong Golf Resort in Howlong, NSW.
This role will see you working as part of a dynamic kitchen team, preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests in a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality workplace.
What you'll be doing
Preparing a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes to our consistently high standards
Ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets our quality and safety requirements
Assisting with the preparation and cooking of all meals for breakfast, and occasional lunch and dinner service
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment
Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role within the hospitality industry
Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience in hospitality is required
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Positive attitude,



excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, primarily Friday-Sunday
Food handlers/food safety certification advantageous
Cert III in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essential
Australian work rights required or sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
