About The Role
The Project Officer is responsible to the Director, ICT Projects for delivering, coordinating and administering a range of project and business support functions which contribute to the achievement of deliverables and project goals within the ICT Projects Directorate.
Working within this context, the Project Officer is required to undertake, coordinate and evaluate a range of project and administrative functions, including the provision of responsive, high-quality governance support, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and specialist advice.
These activities contribute to the effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the ICT Projects Directorate's strategies and objectives.
The position develops and maintains positive partnerships and communication networks with a broad range of key stakeholders and provides operational and administrative support as required to support effective knowledge management, information sharing, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essential: Nil.
Desirable:
Qualifications in project management or relevant experience.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO5 $92,122 - $102,456 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
