Part-Time Payroll & HR Administrator
Location: Rockingham (on-site)
Employment Type: Part-time - approximately 20 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part time HR & Payroll Administrator to support our growing automotive dealership group.
Based at our Rockingham dealership, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate fortnightly payroll and providing essential HR administration support across multiple sites.
Working closely with the HR Administrator, you'll assist with the full employee lifecycle while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll (Fortnightly):
Prepare and process fortnightly payroll for a multi-site dealership group
Data entry, reconciliation, and validation using UniPay payroll software
Maintain accurate employee pay records, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions
Support leave, entitlements, superannuation, and payroll reporting
Respond to payroll-related queries and assist with audits as required
Assist HR Administrator with HR tasks, queries and provide administrative support
Compliance & Systems:
Support compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and internal policies
Maintain training, licence, and compliance registers




Assist with HR reporting and internal projects as required
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in payroll and HR administration who enjoys working in a busy and supportive team environment.
Experience in a dealership or multi-site business would be highly regarded, and experience with UniPay payroll software would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a sound understanding of payroll and Fair Work compliance requirements.
Just as importantly, you will be a confident communicator who can handle confidential information with professionalism and build positive working relationships across the business.
