Waterbrook Bowral is a premium Retirement Lifestyle Resort located in the heart of the Southern Highlands.
We are seeking reliable, hands-on Maintenance Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a
can-do attitude
who enjoys the variety of working outdoors.
Previous maintenance experience is welcomed but not essential
— we are happy to train the right person.
School leavers and those looking to start a career in property maintenance are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will include a variety of general property maintenance and upkeep tasks, including:
General facility maintenance and presentation.
Garden and outdoor upkeep, including leaf blowing, cobweb removal, and general tidying.
Fence painting and minor maintenance tasks.
Accepting and assisting with deliveries.




Helping Residents with occasional errands and requests.
Ensuring our resort remains a secure, welcoming, and beautiful place to live.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, practical, and willing to have a go.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Friendly and respectful when interacting with Residents and colleagues.
Keen to learn and take pride in their work.
