Your new role
As the Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a business adoption project within a broader transformation program.
Working closely with project leadership, business analysts and operational stakeholders, you will provide critical project administration, coordination and documentation support to ensure successful project outcomes.
A significant component of the role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality project documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions and standard operating procedures that support the successful adoption of new business processes.
You will coordinate meetings and workshops, maintain action and decision registers, capture meeting minutes, manage project documentation repositories and support reporting activities.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project delivery practices.
This role would suit a highly organised Project Officer who enjoys working within structured environments,



takes pride in producing quality documentation and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working as a Project Officer within a business transformation or change project environment
Strong project administration and coordination skills, including meeting management, minutes and register maintenance
Demonstrated experience drafting policies, procedures, work instructions and other formal documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira and similar collaboration tools
Strong attention to detail, analytical capability and problem-solving skills
Experience working within government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
Ability to obtain the required probity clearances and work within strict confidentiality requirements
