As a night shift carer, you play an essential
role in supporting our residents to feel secure, comfortable, and
valued throughout the night.
Your care helps
them maintain dignity and independence,
whether you're assisting with mobility, providing
support with personal care such as toileting or showering, or
offering a warm smile and companionship during a meal.
Every
interaction is guided by their personalised care plan, ensuring
each resident receives respectful, tailored support.
Throughout the night, you'll help create a calm,
reassuring environment so residents can rest peacefully.
Your
presence offers continuity, comfort, and security when they need it
most.

The benefits
Part Time Permanent position | 38 Hours a week
Hourly rate: $*****– $***** + Superannuation + penalty
rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging for
part time employees (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year,
meaning more money for you!
)

The requirements
A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
Required to work night shift roster – Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Sundays ********* each week
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their
needs
12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer
service within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
