Our experienced team provides sophisticated and strategic litigation and dispute resolution services across a broad range of areas including high-profile commercial disputes, investigations, class actions and regulatory inquiries.
We advise mining, energy and infrastructure clients on land access issues such as native title, environmental and planning matters, and we are a leading advisor on corporate restructuring and private trust disputes.
About you
You are a motivated legal professional with around 2‐3 years of post‐admission experience, eager to work on complex matters within a collaborative, high‐performing team.
You thrive on complexity, communicate effectively, and value the opportunity to contribute to high‐stakes work.
Broad experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory disputes
Exposure to, or a solid interest in,
native title, land access, environmental or administrative law
Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
A team‐first mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
