From the first mile to the final delivery, they're committed to making international freight feel effortless, reliable, and always on point.ResponsibilitiesAccounts receivable and monitoring COD paymentsManage the status of jobs through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise and communicate exceptions and delays to stakeholdersArrange in accordance with customs requirementsBook cartage with internal or external carrierAdvise external customers of delivery noticeInform customers of delaysCOD checklist for outstanding paymentsClient Empty Form to external FCL clientProcessing empty returns to external FCL cartage providerRegistering airfreight B JobsBooking quarantine inspections as per directionsFollow up outturn reports for B jobsLiaise with interstate office and arrange local cartageCoordinate timely deliveries & inform clientsPlan internal truck run sheet and update timesheetAction outturn reportsMonitor shipment custom status via ICsWhat You Need To SucceedMinimum 12 months industry experience, have sound knowledgeDemonstrated experience in a similar Cartage Coordinator roleKnowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminologyKeen focus on details coupled with efficient organizational abilitiesEffective task prioritization in a fast‐paced work environmentDedicated client focus, ensuring the delivery of high‐quality servicesExcellent communication skillsStrong time management and organization skillsMotivated, flexible, and forward‐thinkingPositive attitude & team player
