The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support enterprise‐scale ServiceNow solutions that improve infrastructure visibility, CMDB health, IT operations efficiency, and service governance.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and business units to deliver scalable ServiceNow implementations aligned with CSDM best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB.Configure and maintain CMDB architecture aligned with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Develop and enhance custom Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and Identification Rules for complex environments.Implement and optimize Discovery across on‐premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.Configure and manage Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) for accurate CI population and deduplication.Deliver Service Mapping solutions for business‐critical applications and infrastructure services.Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and management tools.Design and support MID Server architecture, credential management, and scalability strategies.Implement Event Management integrations, alert correlation, and automated incident creation.Perform CMDB health assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop integrations using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide technical consulting to stakeholders.Create technical documentation, solution designs,



and operational procedures.Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and deployments.Mentor junior consultants and provide best‐practice guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities.Required SkillsExperience: 8+ years of ServiceNow development, administration, or consulting experience.Solid Experience With: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, Service Graph, Connectors.Technical Skills: Understanding of CSDM and CMDB governance; experience with Discovery technologies including SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, MID Servers; development of custom Discovery patterns and integrations; knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and platform integrations; proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and customization.Cloud Infrastructure: Experience discovering and managing cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP); experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, or cloud‐native services is highly desirable.Monitoring Integration Tools: Experience integrating ServiceNow with Dynatrace, SCCM, BMC TrueSight, AppDynamics, Control‐M, and other enterprise monitoring solutions.Desired CertificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation Specialist – DiscoveryCertified Implementation Specialist – Service MappingCertified Implementation Specialist – Event ManagementCertified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset ManagementServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly DesirablePreferred ExperienceLarge‐scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Government, or Banking environments.Experience with CSDM adoption and CMDB transformation programs.Experience in hybrid cloud and multi‐cloud environments.Experience in Enterprise IT Operations Management programs.
