About the Role
As a Production Team Member, you will play an important role in the daily
manufacturing of high-quality products.
You will operate company machinery
while supporting a range of production activities including packing, boxing
finished products, sleeving, and order counts.
Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will help achieve daily
production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and
compliance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a
fast-paced environment and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and complete routine manufacturing tasks
Execute daily
production plans and report any issues or delays
Pack, box, sleeve,
and prepare finished products for dispatch
Participate in line
huddles and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Maintain HACCP, GMP,
and workplace quality standards
About You
You are a reliable and detail-focused team member who takes pride in producing
quality products.
You will have strong communication skills, the ability to
work towards deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a
production environment.
You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to actively contribute to daily
operations and continuous improvement.
