Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be working in a team of two in supporting the day-to-day operations of Kirra Services.
Working closely with Directors, recruiters, contractors, clients and suppliers, you'll help deliver efficient operational processes while contributing to business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support contractor lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding, compliance, timesheets and employment administration.
Coordinate payroll activities using Astute Payroll and support contractor payment processes.
Process invoices, purchase orders, supplier bills and payments using Xero.
Assist with month-end, end-of-financial-year and payroll compliance activities.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
Plan and support company events, conferences and networking opportunities.
Maintain business systems, including JobAdder, Astute Payroll and Xero.
Support insurance renewals, business registrations and statutory compliance activities.
Manage office supplies,



workplace resources and general office administration.
Respond to phone and email enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to employees, contractors, clients and suppliers.
About You
You'll be organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in payroll, finance, marketing, procurement or compliance (highly regarded).
Experience using JobAdder, Astute Payroll, Xero or similar business systems (desirable).
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
