We're looking for experienced consultants across the following role:
OpenText Consultant
Looking for experienced OpenText professionals with expertise in
Content Server, Extended ECM, Document Management and Records Management
.
Strong experience in OpenText configuration, workflow development, metadata modelling, permissions, enterprise content management, ERP/SAP integration, functional testing, business analysis and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Experience working across enterprise transformation programs and secure government environments will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience implementing or supporting OpenText solutions such as Content Server, Extended ECM, Document Management, or Records Management
Ability to analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration activities
Experience with OpenText workflows, content structures, metadata modelling, and permissions
Understanding of integration between OpenText and ERP/enterprise applications (SAP experience desirable)
Experience in functional testing, validating content management processes and workflows




Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
Experience working within agile delivery environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Required Australian Citizenship AND Mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
NV1 Clearance is preferred
Skills and Experience
Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders to understand content requirements and functional needs
Solid consulting mindset, with the ability to communicate technical ECM concepts in clear, business‐focused language
Skilled in facilitating functional workshops, solution walkthroughs, and issue‐resolution sessions
Strong documentation and presentation skills for both technical and non‐technical audiences
Ability to identify risks early, propose mitigation options, and support decision‐making
Ability to influence outcomes across multi‐vendor and cross‐functional delivery environments
Strong relationship‐building skills with an ability to work independently in client environments
Proactive, outcome‐focused approach supporting continuous improvement and ECM solution quality
