Key Responsibilities
Act as Manager on Duty overnight, supervising Night Auditor, Porters and other staff
Check guests in/out and process transactions accurately
Complete the night audit, ensuring revenue and payments reconcile
Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally




Secure the hotel overnight per established procedures
Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance as needed
Manage reservations and room rates accurately
Complete opening/closing duties and follow hotel policies and WH&S; guidelines
What You'll Bring
Front Office or night audit experience, ideally in hotels
Strong knowledge of hotel systems and cashiering
Excellent guest service and problem‐solving skills
Confidence to lead a small team overnight
Solid attention to detail
Availability to work overnight shifts
