Reporting directly to the Merchandise Director, you'll play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, forecasting business performance and influencing commercial decisions across the organisation.

The opportunity
This is a broad, commercially focused planning role where you'll partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketing to ensure the right product is available, at the right time, in the right quantity.
You'll own the planning process across forecasting, inventory, OTB and assortment planning while delivering meaningful commercial insights that drive business performance.

Build rolling sales and inventory forecastsManage Open-to-Buy and stock investmentAnalyse sales, margin and trading performanceOptimise inventory across retail and wholesaleDrive assortment and range planning decisionsSupport pricing and promotional strategiesPartner with suppliers on purchasing and logisticsCollaborate across Product, Finance and OperationsMentor and support the Merchandise Assistant
About you:
You will have experience within Merchandise Planning and enjoy balancing commercial strategy with analytical thinking.
Merchandise Planning experienceForecasting and inventory management expertiseStrong Open-to-Buy experienceAdvanced Excel capabilityExperience using ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous)Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
