Have recently graduated in Construction Management or an alternative degree relevant to the construction industry

Have strong communication and general IT skills with a focus on MS Word & Excel

Key Responsibilities:
General project administration under the guidance of the project managers, including but not limited to:
-Managing the upkeep of project cost plans and contract administration documents
-Assisting in the engagement of consultants and contractors through populating, compiling, and issuing tenders and agreements
-Assisting in the management of consultants/contractors
-Attendance and minute taking at design / construction meetings
-Assisting with Contract administration
