OverviewThis casual support worker role in Dubbo, NSW offers SCHADS 2B paid at $*****ph – $*****ph (includes penalty rates) with Super and salary packaging options.
Shift times are flexible and may include morning, daytime or evening.
Willingness to travel outside Dubbo is required.ResponsibilitiesProvide front‐line support to participants with daily living activities.Offer companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management.Develop and maintain individualised care plans and contribute to continuous service improvement.Work closely with participants, families and other staff to meet personal goals.Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety protocols.Qualifications & RequirementsCertificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable but not essential) or equivalent working/lived experience.Current valid driver's licence and a registered, insured vehicle.Police record check (Working with Children Check).
Manual handling training (desirable, training provided).
NDIS worker screening and orientation module completion.Right to work in Australia,
