About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Residential electrical rough‐ins and fit‐offs
New home electrical installations
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Communicating effectively with builders, supervisors and other trades
Managing your daily workload and meeting project deadlines
Leading Hands will also:
Coordinate daily site activities
Support and mentor team members
Assist with project scheduling and workflow management
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current Queensland Electrical Licence
Current Manual Driver's Licence
Experience in residential or project home construction
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust communication and organisational skills
Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded for Leading Hand positions
