We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor with proven apartment construction experience who is confident managing large site teams and driving programme outcomes on fast-paced builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating crews of 15+ electricians and subcontractorsWorking closely with the builder and other trades to keep works movingDriving programme and ensuring works are delivered on scheduleMonitoring safety, quality and overall site presentationCoordinating materials, labour and site activitiesManaging site issues and keeping communication flowing across the project
About you:
Current Electrical Licence is essentialPrevious experience supervising electrical works on high rise construction projectsProven ability managing crews of 15+ personnel on-siteStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordinationAbility to work collaboratively with builders and other tradesStrong leadership, communication and organisational skills
