Your Day-to-Day as a Service Leader:
Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers
Step in to provide direct care when needed – daily living, personal care, and community support
Coordinate and oversee scheduling, rostering, and day-to-day service delivery




Develop individualised care plans with clients and their families
Build trust and collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders
What You Bring:
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support
Leadership skills with experience guiding teams (Team Leader/Site Leader experience ideal)
Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
Solid understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred care
Strong communication and organisational skills
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver's Licence
