While others see "just bathrooms and facilities", you know this is where guests decide how clean, comfortable and cared for they feel.What You'll doKeep guest amenities (bathrooms, showers, laundry and common areas) clean, tidy and well stockedEnsure all facilities are presented to a high standard throughout the dayReport maintenance issues promptly to keep everything in safe working orderAssist guests with basic queries about facilities and the propertyFollow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to meet safety and cleanliness standardsWork closely with the wider team to make sure guests have a seamless, positive stayNo two days are exactly the same – some days are all about keeping ahead of the rush, others are about the details that make our guests say, "Wow, this place is spotless!"What you'll bringYou don't need to have years of experience – we're looking for the right attitudeand agreat work ethic.
