In this role, you will
Shape and execute Ingenia's HSE strategy, creating a proactive and engaged safety culture
Build trusted relationships that influence and support leaders, teams and operational stakeholders
Translate HSE requirements into practical solutions that improve safety outcomes across our parks and communities
Drive injury prevention, risk management,



workers' compensation and return‐to‐work performance
Lead and develop an experienced HSE team, using data, insights and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful business impact
You're Likely a Match If You
Are a strategic HSE leader with experience driving cultural change and improving safety outcomes across complex, multi‐site environments
Have proven leadership experience in HSE, with the ability to develop and empower high‐performing teams
Possess strong expertise in workers' compensation, injury management and return‐to‐work programmes
Have delivered a track record of improving safety performance through practical, data‐led initiatives and continuous improvement
Have exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the business
Hold relevant qualifications in safety, occupational therapy or a related discipline, with a robust understanding of WHS and workers' compensation legislation
